| Coconut Creek is a city located in Broward County, southeastern Florida, approximately 37 miles north of Miami and 17 miles northwest of Fort Lauderdale. The population of Coconut Creek was 57,833 as of the 2020 United States Census. The city seceded from Pompano Beach in the 1960s. It is nicknamed Butterfly Capital of the World. | |
